Repetitions: Repeat this facial exercise 5 to 10 times

Step One: Tilt your head upwards and stretch your neck as much as you can (comfortably, of course)

Step Two: Try to pull your lower lip up and over your top lip (don’t worry if you feel strong resistance, that means the exercise is working)

Step Three: Hold this tension for 10 seconds, making sure to stay focused on activating the muscles of your neck and feeling their tension

Repetitions: Repeat this facial exercise 5 to 10 times

This pose helps target your entire lower face, with the movement shedding excess fat around your chin, smoothing out your neck and leaving you looking slimmer.

 

Reduce Skin Fat Exercise #3 – Cheekbone Lift

 

 

Some face fat is necessary (as unbelievable as that may sound) to help keep your facial features shaped and smooth.

Repetitions: Repeat this facial exercise 5 to 10 times
