HOW TO USE IT
1. Keep it Clean
Wash jawline trainers under warm water and place them on your molar teeth.
2. Start Chewing
Start chewing slowly. Bite the trainer to its limit, hold for one second and release slowly. Do this until your jaw is tired.
It will take about 1.5-3 minutes.
3. Increase the Pace
This set is only performed every 2-3 days to allow your jaw to rest.
Chew in a fast but controlled way for another 2 minutes. If you don't feel like you can, don't force it.
4. See the Difference
Look into the mirror and see the difference! Keep practising and you will start seeing better results as you go.

I can’t find instructions or videos like I can for face yoga
Have not received it yet.
I find this tiny piece of plastic VERY overpriced. It probably cost 10 cents to manufacture. I hope I don’t swallow it!

I thought this order would include two jaw trainers so you could have one on each side of jaws as others advertised online. I will have to order another so that I can exercise both sides at the same time.

I received the Jaw Trainor and was concerned about using it incorrectly as there are no instructions included.
I got it the second it came out and have 0 regrets. 99% of the time jaw muscles are weak and this causes flappy skin/necklines. I use it every other day and will happily continue to do so. The benefit they don't talk about here is that I no longer suffer from bruxism (biting teeth when I sleep), I suppose because the muscles are already tired from using this.
The thing arrived overnight, that's crazy! Anyways, the product is as described, here's a picture. It's cheap and seems to do the trick. I got two for both sides of my jaw so I can chew on them at the same time. Might have to get one for my husband though, someone is getting chubby lol
