Start by looking straight ahead, either standing or sitting comfortably, and roll your tongue while sticking it out. Once you have this position, gently lift your tongue up towards your nose while maintaining that role. Try to hold this upward position for 10 to 15 seconds.

You should feel resistance at the base of your tongue, which is good! Each movement helps to work out your tongue and tighten your mouth. This has the effect of lifting your jawline and smoothing out jowls, puffed cheeks, and any double chin.
