  • Raise your eyebrows up and down while holding gentle downward pressure with your fingers to create resistance
  • Complete this movement 6 times

Repetitions: Repeat this facial exercises 10 times

 

Face Lifting Yoga Exercise #2 – ‘Lifted Cheekbones’
